I hear this often in high-stakes meetings, from peers, colleagues, and executives alike. People feel a sense of relief that a grounded, trusted partner is in the room.
I think it's because I'm as comfortable with data as I am with intuition, and I don't treat those two things as being in conflict. I'm a seasoned leader with a wide-ranging, curious background (musician, forest bathing guide, and public speaker among the roles I've worn), which lets me walk into almost any room, messy, high-stakes, or brand-new, and help people make decisions fast. That steadiness comes from practice: I meditate to stay grounded, and I keep a regular nature immersion practice that keeps me connected to what matters. It's taught me how to inspire clarity and confidence across executives and teams.
I believe that living a joyful life isn't separate from business results. It's often the fastest way to them. Grounded presence, sharp communication, and a taste for both the numbers and the nuance: that's what I bring to the brands I work with.
That approach is backed by nearly 20 years inside the world's most iconic brands, from start-up mode organizations to Fortune 500 corporations. I've led global media at Beats by Dre at Apple, run growth and product at CHANI astrology app, and spent my foundational marketing years in paid media, both at agencies and in-house.
I've guided product roadmap decisions at a tech start-up, stabilized an international marketing org through a sudden leadership transition, and helped founders build brand clarity and break through the noise when it mattered most.

In parallel to HartMind Co, Ashley is the founder of Wildsong Nature Immersion — an ANFT-certified forest therapy practice based in Topanga Canyon, California. Corporate retreats, seasonal immersions, and off-sites for leaders and teams ready to slow down, recalibrate, and build relationship with the more-than-human world.
